WE NEED YOU!

Memberships and local donations are our most important sources of funding. You are vitally important to our support.

We are currently funded from three main sources:

  • Memberships, donations, and grants from local organizations make up almost one-half of our general operating funds.

  • Our next most important funding source is earned income through fundraising events, programs, and rentals.

  • The third most important funding source is from our State and Local Partners (SLP) program of the California Arts Council. The Merced County Arts Council is the local arts agency designated by the County of Merced to participate in this partnership with the CAC.

 

The SLP program’s mission is to nurture cultural development at the local level through this partnership between the State and counties. It empowers individuals, organizations, and communities to create, present, and preserve the arts of all cultures to enrich the quality of life for all Californians. The mission of the MCAC similarly is to nurture and inspire the arts and artists in Merced County by cultivating a place for creative discovery, community and development.

  • MUSE $600+ ($50/month)

    Everything in the previous tiers plus:

    • 10% off Space Rentals
    • 4 raffle tickets at the annual meeting

  • PATRON $240 ($20+/month)

    Everything in the previous tiers plus:

    • A Mug
    • 3 raffle tickets at the annual meeting

  • CURATOR $120 ($10/Month)

    Everything in the previous tier plus:

    • A Tote bag
    • 10% off of Classes
    • 2 raffle tickets at the annual meeting

  • ENTHUSIAST

    • 10% off of Classes
    • 1 raffle ticket at the annual meeting
