Heartland Creative Corps Q&A

WHO: Artists and community members who are interested in applying for the HeARTland Creative Corps grant.
WHAT: United Way of Merced County and the Merced County Arts Council, along with Stanislaus Arts Council, & Tuolumne County Arts, have recently launched the HeARTland Creative Corps, a regional regranting program using funding from a record $4.2 million grant from CAC for a new statewide arts program that targets high priority communities in our region.
Program funding will support California artists, cultural practitioners, and creatives in new work to create awareness related to public health and pandemic recovery, water and energy conservation, climate mitigation, disaster preparedness and recovery, voter and civic participation, and social justice and community engagement in high priority communities across the region.
